Don Pomraning presents paper at PaperCon ’08

The Sinclair Group’s Don Pomraning discussed Organizational Transformation in his presentation, Rapid Organizational Transformation: Ten Years of Lessons Learned in 90 Minutes, at PaperCon ’08, which was held this May in Dallas, Texas, USA. Don was joined by Randal Karg and Dan Rivard.

PaperCon ’08 is a comprehensive pulp and paper industry conference that was recently held in Dallas. PaperCon is presented jointly by TAPPI and PIMA. The 2008 conference theme was Sustainability: Profits and Performance, and the program included topics of interest to corporate and mill management, papermaking operations and maintenance, and coating technicians and practitioners.

PaperCon’s technical program provided peer-reviewed papers covering the most recent advances in papermaking and coating, to help attendees gain knowledge to improve their operations. The program also included panel discussions and case histories for more practical insight, as well as valuable networking opportunities. All sessions were open to all attendees, allowing them to choose the topics most applicable to their interests and needs.
